Delivery Steps
Here is what happens after you order and before the material is delivered to your property.
Submit Your Order
Start by selecting the material and amount. Add the delivery zip code, then select a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is assigned to a supplier in our network for delivery.
Delivery Details Confirmed
An email will confirm the delivery date and include a contact number for the local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
The material arrives by dump truck at your driveway or the spot you designate on the property.
Delivery Day Information
Before the Truck Arrives
- Clear the spot where the material should be dumped
- Provide dump truck access: a 12-foot wide path at minimum, clear of overhead wires and low tree limbs
- Use a cone, flag, or other visible marker to identify the dump spot
- You do NOT need to be home. Keep the access route open and leave directions for placement.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may call or text you
- Material is unloaded in one pile at the marked location
- The usual dump point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- The delivery itself usually takes about 10-15 minutes

Wyoming Rock Supply arranges aggregate delivery throughout Wyoming using local suppliers. Delivery may be available in major metro areas as well as rural towns.

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when the order arrives?
No. Provide clear access and tell us where the material should go. The driver will unload it according to those directions.
What size order can I place?
Order from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us your needs and we will load it.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
A dump truck needs clear, level ground for safe unloading. Backyard placement is possible if the truck can reach it. If not, the standard location is the driveway or next to the street.
What happens if I order too much or not enough?
Use the calculator to estimate the amount needed. If your project needs more material, place another order. Review the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently available weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Pick your preferred date during checkout.
What delivery confirmation do I get?
Your order and delivery details are emailed immediately. Our team will contact you to verify the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact information.
What happens if the truck cannot get onto my property?
A dump truck needs an access path at least 12-foot wide, clear of low branches and overhead wires. If the site cannot be reached, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Contact us before ordering if access may be an issue.
